Ingrediants
Peanut - 1 cup (Cooked)
Onion - 1 (Finely chopped)
Curry leaves - 6 (finely chopped)
Mustard - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 5
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp (Finely chopped)
Coconut - 3 tsp (Shredded)
Salt
Method
Heat oil, add mustard, jeera, curryleaves, red chilli, oinions. Fry till onion turns translucent.
Add cooked peanut to the above, finely add coriander leaves, coconut and salt. Mix well.
Serve hot with a cup of tea.
Note : Change garnishing as per your taste.
